16th Annual Spectrum Open

Monday, August 30th, 2021
Fircrest Golf Club (1500 Regents Blvd, Fircrest, WA 98466)

Welcome back to the Spectrum Open! We are resuming to our regularly scheduled tournament in it’s original format with slight modifications to adhere to Washington State guidelines during the COVID-19 pandemic.

We recommend all players that are attending the Spectrum Open to be vaccinated, and/or masked in areas where socially distancing is difficult. If you have any symptoms of COVID-19, please do not attend the tournament for the safety of all players and their families.

  • Golf will return to shotgun start in it’s original format including outdoor bbq lunch. We do ask that people still socially distance and be consciousness not to gather in large crowds.

  • Our “dinner banquet” will not be taking place, and instead we will hold a golfer’s happy hour & awards immediately following the tournament out on the patio (weather permitting) including the chosen golfers to take part in the Million Dollar Shot right in front of the happy hour on hole #9.

  • For those that purchased golf & dinner, you have several options:

    • Donate the remaining $100 to the Foundation towards cancer research and pediatric cancer care

    • Get a $100 refund

History of the Spectrum Open

Launched by Spectrum Pension Consultants, in 2006, the Spectrum Open Golf Tournament and Dinner Event is our annual signature fundraising event. The Fund named after Spectrum’s founder who lost a 6-month battle with bladder cancer in December 2005, supports cancer research, treatment and care initiatives.

The event celebrates Pano’s love of life, friends, good food and wine, and golf.  Since late 2005, the Pano Koumantaros Cancer Research Fund has raised over $1,000,000 through Memorial donations and major events.
